Ervin Luga
Ervin is the Head of Venture Capital Investments at EBRD. Previously he was heading EBRD's risk management unit covering direct equity investments, including venture capital. He started his career as an investor working on equity and debt deals across a wide range of sectors. Ervin holds BA degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration.
Yalcin Gungoren
Yalcin is a senior member of EBRD's Venture Capital team based in London. Prior to joining EBRD, he was a Director at Arma Partners advising investors and software companies on M&A transactions. Previously, he worked at Rothschild in London and Los Angeles. Yalcin holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Koç University.
Aziza Zakhidova
Aziza is a senior member of EBRD's Venture Capital team based in London. Prior to joining EBRD she worked in strategy consulting in the US, advising Tech, Media, and Telecom clients. Aziza started her career as an investment banker with UBS in London. Aziza holds MSc degrees from Oxford’s Said Business School and LSE, and BSc degree from Wharton.
Bruno Lusic
Bruno is a senior member of EBRD's Venture Capital team based in London. Prior to joining EBRD, he was a Director at Ship2B Ventures. Prior to that, he worked at AnaCap in London, where he led a wide variety of investment processes and held several board positions. He started his career in investment banking at Nomura. Bruno holds an MSc from Imperial College London.
Amine Chabane
Amine is a Principal in EBRD's Venture Capital team based in London. Prior to joining EBRD, Amine was a VP at Arma Partners, advising investors and software companies in M&A and fundraising transactions. Prior to that, he worked at PwC and RSM US in North America, providing due diligence services. Amine holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BBA from HEC Montreal.

Marco Caputo
Marco is an investor in EBRD's Venture Capital team based in London. Prior to joining EBRD, he was a strategy consultant at Oliver Wyman and EY-Parthenon focusing on advising investors on transactions in the technology industry. Marco holds a MSc in Management from London Business School and a BSc in Economics from Bocconi University.
Nikolay Silaev
Nikolay is an investor in EBRD's Venture Capital team based in London. Prior to joining EBRD, he was an investment banker at Credit Suisse. Prior to that, he was a private equity investor at a top CEE fund focusing on technology sector. Nikolay holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MA from University of St. Gallen, he is also a CFA charterholder.
Marina Lirintzi
Marina is an investor in EBRD’s Venture Capital team based in London. Prior to joining EBRD, she gained experience with EQT Life Sciences supporting science and technology founders. Marina holds a PhD in Genetics and an MPhil in Genomic Medicine from Cambridge, where she researched applied machine learning and immunogenetics.
